Excellent place to get started and carry on!! Reasons are: there isn’t a coarse contract and is a month to month payment. Therefore if you have to leave on holiday and come back it’s great or if you feel you good same. You don’t have to buy extra books and the price is the best out of any school. Stop researching and apply. I’ve done all the research and this school is perfect!!! It’s central, right next to Liceu metro station so you can get there from anywhere.!!! Teachers are soooo friendly and extremely patient. You can find a smile on their faces every day!!! The coarse and learning experience is amazing. In 1 month I can serve customers and speak basic Spanish to my customers at my bar.
I’ve been studying Spanish with Marta at Cactus for three months now. It’s a really amazing experience of studying a new language.The reason I chose Cactus because they have small class for each level. Teachers can take care of each students. I feel a lot of different between other language schools. In the class the activities are interesting, and teacher is full of patient and passionate. Frequently asked questions
We offer different levels for each course from beginners (A1) to Advanced (C1). Contact us to set an appointment at the school to check your level and to receive more information about information about availability and schedules for each level.
We accept a maximum of 8 students per group, on average our groups consist of 5 students.
You can join a group anytime when there is a spot available and if the group suits your level. Contact us to set an appointment at the school to check your level and to receive more information about information about availability and schedules for each level.
You can pay directly at the school by cash or card. You can also register online and pay by bank transfer. Contact us in order to receive the registration form and payment details.
Our group classes are paid monthly. You don’t have to start on the 1st day of the month. Whenever you start your Spanish course, you will pay for 4 weeks. After your last class you can extend your Spanish classes monthly, for as many months as you want.
Unfortunately, students will not get a refund if they cancel their course. Also, classes that are missed due to the student’s absence cannot be recovered, even with a medical document. If you are unable to attend classes due to illness, the missed classes cannot be recovered and we cannot give you a refund. However, you can contact the school to get information on what you have missed in class and keep up by studying at home. Please visit our terms and conditions page for more info.
Students must be adults (at least 18 years old) to join our group classes. We offer private lessons for students younger than 18 years.
This is a difficult question to answer because there are many factors to take into consideration. For most people the goal is to be able to participate actively in a social or business conversation in Spanish. If you attend classes regularly, put in the effort of doing your homework and do not leave too much time between classes, then generally speaking this goal can be achieved after 2-3 months of regular Spanish classes (i.e. 6 hours a week).
