All students on our courses must follow this Code of Conduct to maintain a positive learning environment for all.

1. To attend live online classes, you will need:
   a desktop/laptop computer (preferred) or a mobile device (tablet, smartphone)
   a reliable Internet connection
   a headset or headphones with a built-in microphone
   a working webcam

2. Join classes on time, from a quiet place.

3. Notify your teacher if you will not attend a lesson or if you will be late.

4. Ensure you have a good internet connection for class.

5. Check before the lesson that you can succesfully access the class materials and that your camera and microphone are working properly.

6. Keep your camera on in class.

7. Participate actively and turn on your microphone.

8. Avoid smoking, eating or any other activity that could be distracting for others.

9. Treat everyone with respect. You are in a global, multicultural classroom so be mindful of cultures different from your own.

10. Consider internet safety and be careful about sharing personal information, e.g., emails or phone numbers, in live classes.

11. You should not take pictures of or record classes, or copy our products in any form.
